Thank you for shopping with Prime GPU. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Canada: 3–7 business days
  • International (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and shipping method selected.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
